Keepass Winhello Problem while unlock

while Database is locked , during unlock with fingerpringt
I got a long timeout then an abort
with following message (see hardcopy)
Fingerprint works fine with normal windows 10
Keepass works fine at start,
the only error when database is locked.

• Is persistent mode enabled ("Store keys in Windows Credential Manager" checked)

KeePass settings and environment

• Is secure desktop enabled

• Is KeePass running under Administrator (in elevated process)

• Was it right after hibernation

• Was KeePass minified or closed

• Installed plugins (if any)

• Any specific settings in KeePass/Plugin
