To run experiments on MI Data, we want to consider other datasets than the matching pennies dataset that is already available in BIDS format. This PR adds loader functionality for
load_c4_ds1()) dataset of the Graz IV BCI Competitionload_c4_ds2b()) dataset of the Graz IV BCI CompetitionWith this, we have a total of 30 problems of MI data.
The example notebook shows how to load and classify the data.
