Looks good! cc @infwinston now that GCP VMs can be preemptible, we should be able to make TPU scripts support preemptible as well.

Looks good! cc @infwinston now that GCP VMs can be preemptible, we should be able to make TPU scripts support preemptible as well.

Yes, we can make it happen. Will create a PR for this + moving to yaml with Zhanghao.
