File Manager: Click on sub folder does not work

In file manager, click on folder opens the folder. Click on subfolder (to unfold it) forces the parent folder to close.

So, i just put these two files in my phpwcms installation? - I did but it is still not working.

downloaded the repo and replaced all files which changed the last 3 days. No success.

Would you enable error_reporting for your install and check if some occurs. All normal here. Update with files of the last commits.

How to enable error_reporting?
by the way. Same problem after installing a new downloaded phpwcms with new MySQL database.
