phpwcms

phpwcms is a very flexible, fast, robust, customer and developer friendly but yet powerful web based content management system and cms framework running under PHP and MySQL. phpwcms is created and maintained by Oliver Georgi.

To get started, checkout http://phpwcms.org or the community driven HowTo Wiki.

Quick start

Clone the repo, git clone git://github.com/slackero/phpwcms.git, download the latest release or download the latest revision. Then unarchive and copy the files to your web document root or subfolder. Link your browser to the related URL and follow the install instructions.

Server system requirements

phpwcms version 1.8.6 requires a web server with PHP (minimum version 5.3 up to 5.6.x) and a MySQL database (minimum version 5.1, recommend 5.5+). This branch is NOT compatible to PHP 7. Checkout the version 1.9 development branch of phpwcms to get support for PHP 7.x.

Bug tracker

Have a bug? Please create an issue here on GitHub that conforms with necolas's guidelines. Older issues can be found on Google Code.
