It's time to switch to the 1.10+ branch of phpwcms.

phpwcms v1.10+ bringt compatibility with PHP 8.2+ and adds features regarding compatibility to the most current MySQL/MariaDB.

Remember to upgrade phpwcms installations < v1.9.38 with the legacy version first.

This is the legacy release of phpwcms.
