Clay bucket only pulls milk from Moo Fluid cows

I was going to post this over on TheRoBrit's github, but then I saw it was already addressed over there, but had not been tagged here. According to him, the code used for the clay bucket is causing milk instead of the specified fluid to be pulled from the cows. When using a vanilla bucket the correct fluid is always pulled.

Currently I am running SkyFactory 2.5 on MC 1.7.10 and the version of ITT that is in the pack is 2.1.6
This appears to have been a problem since at least 2014, and has either never been addressed, or never resolved.
