A fast mysql binlog parser, C++ & Darwin port with Python bindings
using boost.python.

This is a heavily modified version of the C ybinlogp tool. It's been
c++ified heavily, is C++ iterator compatible and provides Python
bindings via boost.python.

Tested against boost 1.42 and 1.44.
