In addition to the status, another attribute has been added with which the authorization to occupy this parking space can be checked, e.g. handicapped ID available = yes, no handicapped ID available = no

1. There are no changes in schema.json here (which are required to have a consistent data model)
2. I'd appreaciate the change in the ke values examples as well. Thanks
