February 27, 2018:

Single Digital Ocean Droplet

TODO Documentation:

setting up / installing a new server
all software installed
- authbind
starting/restarting services
- snap-cloud daemon

Monitoring and additional tweaks

bumped the postgres log level
added a snap-analytics DB user (read only)
enabled remote access for the DB (for staging server)
installed nginx amplify agent for monitoring
- service amplify-agent { start | stop } to restart the agent
- login is at amplify.nginx.org
