[Bug]: Snapcraft webhook working? #36

What happened?

This isn't a bug against the Jenkins snap, but maybe against either the webhook config on GH or something on snapcraft.io.

I recently saw that PR #34 was merged into stable, but haven't seen the latest build hit the edge channel yet. It got me curious as to whether the webhook was configured and/or working?

What should have happened?

Commits should automatically build new versions of snaps.
