The snap version of vscode cannot access iBus or Fcitx to input Chinese/Japanese/Korean text.

This issue has been raised in other snap apps (firefox, atom, skype, libreoffice, discord, etc).

Not sure if this helps, but I'm not at all familiar with building snaps to PR a fix myself.
