Added about page and footer
- Fixes: #32: New Footer on every page. With awesome deep links to about page
- Fixes #23: Updated favicon and main logo
- Fixes #10: About page includes link to current github commit

* Privacy policy is prolly srsly lacking but should suffice for now
* Simplistic TOS
* Added most awsome mr egg logo
* Updated favicon
* Added default twitter and mail links
* No longer storing superfluous info
* Users can now update email address
