Docker: ldap_client_tls.{key,cert} are located in /var/www/html/storage instead of /var/lib/snipeit/keys

Describe the bug

ldap_client_tls.{key,cert} files should be in external storage (/var/lib/snipeit/keys/) to be persistent

Reproduction steps

1. Start Snipe-IT docker container with a volume for /var/lib/snipeit
2. Create LDAP configuration with client certificates
3. Stop and remove the container
4. Start Snipe-IT docker container again with the same volume attached
5. LDAP synchronisation fails until the certificates are created again via the settings page

Expected behavior

• Certificates should be saved on the attached volume — in /var/lib/snipeit
• LDAP synchronisation should not fail after Snipe-IT container replacement
