Checkin/checkout Mail missing Model Number #6029

Snipe-IT Version 4.4.0
OS: Windows Server 2016
Web Server: IIS
PHP Version 5.56

When we check-in/check-out. When we receive the mail. Model Name is appearing but the model number is missing. The code tells that Model no is added.

But in the mail, we get only Model name
