Currently $ref keyword is allowed in iglu client, but because of the reasons listed in this comment we can't say it's properly handled by the Iglu client.

Before we make necessary changes to make a proper support for the $ref Iglu client should ignore $ref during validation, so we avoid potentially slow external lookup.
