SnowplowSwiftDemo should be a direct port of SnowplowDemo (which is in Objective-C) into Swift 4.

This will identify any issues in our Swift support. Placeholder to track any such issues in:

Hi @mikeh0rn - the app should run in the simulator now. Still some problems I wanted to fix up, and I haven't tested it with a real collector. Let me know if you have any questions.

@mhadam thank you. would you be able to identify what the problems are since all I'm seeing in console after running the demo is: SPLog: Error: (null) repeatedly.
