At the moment, all publishing happens when Scala Common Enrich is being tested against ($TEST_DIR = 3-enrich/scala-common-enrich).

Recently, publishing stream enrich started to error out without any messages:

Moving the condition to $TEST_DIR = 3-enrich/stream-enrich seems to have solved the issue
