This mock can be useful to test Reanimated functions written in pure JS and can be used for libraries that use Reanimated.

This mock can be useful to test Reanimated functions written in pure JS and can be used for libraries that use Reanimated.
For instance, redash provides its own mock, another libraries might build another one. That way we could all leverage the same mock.
