This is Perl module Test::MockTime::Guard.

INSTALLATION

Type the following command:

    $ curl -L http://cpanmin.us | perl - Test::MockTime::Guard

Or install cpanm and then run the following command to install
Test::MockTime::Guard:

    $ cpanm Test::MockTime::Guard

If you get an archive of this distribution, unpack it and build it
as per the usual:

    $ tar xzf Test-MockTime-Guard-$version.tar.gz
    $ cd Test-MockTime-Guard-$version
    $ perl Makefile.PL
    $ make && make test

Then install it:

    $ make install

DOCUMENTATION

Test::MockTime::Guard documentation is available as in POD. So you can do:

    $ perldoc Test::MockTime::Guard

to read the documentation online with your favorite pager.
