Dark theme on Zoom Dropdown

Dark theme on Header Dropdown

Background is dark with white text, while hover/active state is light background with black text.

Dark theme on Grid Resizer

The current grid resizer white border color has too much contrast. Compare that to the current Light theme, the colors are have low contrast but is noticeable enough. This Dark theme gride resizer matches the contrast of the Light theme, and is comfortable to the eyes.

In order to make the Dots Component in the resizer to change to light background when hovering, I had to had add group class variant in the tailwind config in order to use group-hover.

Restore missing Compiler Mode

One the recent PR's may have accidentally removed Compiler Mode UI in mobile view. This PR restores it in mobile view.
