Some bundles like: NotificationBundle, DoctrineORMAdminBundle, PageBundle, SeoBundle, UserBundle using Symfony v4.4. To avoid situation like here some bundles like this must bump Symfony < 4.4 too.
I am targeting this branch, because this change respect BC.
