Move
configurationpackage from Nancy into go-sona-types. This will allow other go projects that useossiandiqcredentials (e.g. ahab) to more easily share (and set) the same config files and file format used by Nancy.After go-sona-types PR is merged, I will update this PR to use a released version of go-sona-types.
