* Remove dep config files (to avoid the need to maintain two dependency managers). * Use `go mod vendor` to vendor dependencies so: * it will build using vendored files also on go 1.10 * we have all the dependencies under this repository and can build also offline. The dependencies versions weren't changed. We'll update them in a next step.
