This string from mlflow.sh

# Fix naming convention mismatch between Heroku and mlflow
DATABASE_URL=${DATABASE_URL//postgres:/postgresql:} 

changes the username from:

postgresql://postgres:12345678@localhost:5432/mlflow

to

postgresql://postgresql:12345678@localhost:5432/mlflow
