This is great, I've just reviewed the VS Code side of things.
I got a little caught up trying to make some big suggestions as GitHub review comments though, so I pushed another branch with the edits:

Overall the goal was just to bring up the features, to be clearer about code graph vs embeddings, make a bigger deal about the free LLM usage and pluggable LLMs, and still give Enterprise the space it needs.
