Description

If you are still inside your body when you get meatspiked, you get put into nullspace instead of being turned into a ghost.

Reproduction

  1. Get beaten into crit or death
  2. Stay inside body
  3. Have yourself get dragged onto a meatspike
  4. You go to nullspace when the doafter finishes and you are spiked

Additional context
Related to this. Meatspiking calls BodySystem.GibBody(gibOrgans: false), which triggers this issue. But we can't set it to "true" because it's probably intended for organs to disappear, at least for now. Also related to #27124.
