You don't have to be a Spack expert or package developer in order to be a "maintainer," it just gives us a list of users willing to review PRs or debug issues relating to this package. A package can have multiple maintainers; just add a list of GitHub handles of anyone who wants to volunteer.

hmm, didn't realize there was a version here already, sorry about that.

@xuanhuang1 to support babelflow usage in spack proper, we will need streamstat and talass packages with releases.

I started a PR for streamstat: #34379

But talass already has a packged that has an older version.

Can you create releases for these projects and we can update the spack packages?
