Fix capitalization for BSD-2-Clause-first-lines #2487

In prep for the release, I noticed that BSD-2-Clause-first-lines (added in #2348) inadvertently didn't capitalize the "C" in "Clause".

Although IDs are presumed to be case-insensitive (see the spec), given that all the other BSD-2-Clause variants capitalize the "C" on the list, it would be better to fix this prior to the release.
