Create "Add All" button for enum columns in enum plugin

It is possible to add enum constants manually when the enum-generator plugin is used, but if there are many variations in the database, then this can be both tedious and error prone. It would be useful to have a button that scans the rows in the database and generates constants for every distinct value.
