definitoin lists

term 4 : classifier one : classifier two
    Definition 4.

make gettext generates msgid: "term 4 : classifier one : classifier two" entry. When user translate it as "TERM 4 : CLASSIFIER ONE : CLASSIFIER TWO", sphinx with using translation catalog generates html as TERM 4 : CLASSIFIER ONE : CLASSIFIER TWO : classifier one : classifier two.

It should be fix. and it would be nice if make gettext generates term 4, classifier one and classifier two separately.
