it also support Simplified Chinese Search

Hope this PR could be soon reviewed and merged. It is a big gap when Sphinx supports Chinese in some areas, but fails in HTML search index. |

I think this looks good, as far as I can test it. Merging for 1.4 - if you can think of useful test cases, please go ahead and implement them. |
