large productionlist is not broken into pages when generating latex #751

I have an automatically generated list of all syntax productions for my language and include this list as a 'syntax summary'. This works well with the generated html pages, but when I generate a pdf via latex sphinx tries to put everything on one page, running over the page footer and cutting off everything below that. As a work-around I can try to split the list into multiple productionlist directives but that's of course brittle as I have to estimate in advance how many lines will fit on one page...

Closes #751: Allow production lists longer than a page in LaTeX by using longtable.
