The AWS IID Node Resolver plugin functionality was moved over the NodeAttestor plugin in the 0.11.0 release. The plugin was gutted and has only logged a deprecation warning message since that time. This change removes the deprecated plugin. Signed-off-by: Andrew Harding <aharding@vmware.com>
