Refactor Formik use for CF forms in Deck

Issue Summary:

The CF implementation uses Formik but not in an optimal fashion. The goal of this issue to improve the code so that Field, FieldArray and related tags are used so that boilerplate code for onChange etc. can be omitted from our code.
