Creating this issue as a central issue to track Kork updates for 1.18. Requested by @ttomsu.

The Kork version that was to be included in 1.18 is missing a commit that was expected to land in 1.18. This particular commit is spinnaker/kork@2d92e8a which is affecting some users who are using kork-secrets. We'll link all update PRs to this issue.

@ttomsu the only one missing here is Kayenta. We weren't sure how it uses Kork and the last autobump happened in June.

I think it pulls in Kork through the Orca dependency

It does...I was writing that somewhere but I think I got sidetracked.

In order to update Kayenta, we've created this orca branch: https://github.com/spinnaker/orca/commits/cherry-pick-1.18

Will cut a v7.74.1 release from that branch and then update kayenta/gradle.properties on the 1.18 branch to use the v7.74.1 release of orca.
