Studies may contain any number of samples or variants. Use biograph vdb study create to create a new, empty study.

Study names must be no more than 64 characters long, and may only contain alphanumeric characters or _.

$ biograph vdb study create my_study
Study 'my_study' created

usage: biograph vdb study create [-h] study_name

Create a new study

positional arguments:
  study_name  Name of the study

optional arguments:
  -h, --help  show this help message and exit
