Analysis requires: – MATLAB 2016b or newer – SPM12 – CanlabCore (https://github.com/canlab/CanlabCore) – Canlab Private Masks (by Tor Wager) – The SIIPS folders from Canlab Neuroimaging_Pattern_Masks (https://github.com/canlab/Neuroimaging_Pattern_Masks) – MRIcroGL (PASCAL-based program for plotting/rendering images) – The data collected by the Placebo Imaging Collaboration (currently only available for members of the Placebo Imaging Collaboration) (in a folder "Datasets" situated on the same path as the "PlaceboImagingMetaAnalysis" Repository)
