libpion.so dependency on boost test framework #122

Hi,

Is this dependency on boost_unit_test_framework necessary? If not is there a way around it?

@rimmartin Should update scripts to omit this library if BUILD_UT disabled.
I suspect you using CMake for building?

Yes, cmake. Been for a while. upgraded gcc to 6.3 and now dependencies seem more sensitive
