个人觉得没啥用，还影响升级。命令都可以单独存在，没必要非要以 spm xxx 的形式存在。

是说移除 spm build 改为 spm-build 风格？
还是说移除之前 spm2 的 plugin 机制？

如果是前者，我觉得空格比横杠输入流畅很多。
