Parallel extensions should support inheritance #1245
Description
Currently, @ResourceLock, @ResourceLockChildren, and @Execution do not properly handle inheritance.
Furthermore, decide whether SpecInfo#getAllExclusiveResources should be added similar to getAllFeatures, or getExclusiveResources on SpecInfo should just always include the parent resources this would keep it compatible to IParallelInfo.
