Use ffmpeg_path to check for version

Description

Line 12 in ffmpeg.py didn't use the ffmpeg_path variable, leading to an FFmpeg was not found, spotDL cannot continue. error when the path was specified through the --ffmpeg flag.

Related Issue

Related to #1251, fixes a bug that arose in #1252

Motivation and Context

Bugfix error caused by not reading ffmpeg_path variable when specified

Tests are failing after pytube update. I will open PR with a fix soon
