Relocate projects to spring-boot-project

Move projects to better reflect the way that Spring Boot is released.

The following projects are under `spring-boot-project`:

  - `spring-boot`
  - `spring-boot-autoconfigure`
  - `spring-boot-tools`
  - `spring-boot-starters`
  - `spring-boot-actuator`
  - `spring-boot-actuator-autoconfigure`
  - `spring-boot-test`
  - `spring-boot-test-autoconfigure`
  - `spring-boot-devtools`
  - `spring-boot-cli`
  - `spring-boot-docs`

@Bernard-PvIT commenting on a commit is not a great way to get support. Those links have to be fixed in the getting started guides, not in Spring Boot.

I've submitted a PR for the one you mentioned. If there are more, please create an issue in the appropriate project. Thank you.

You don't need to sign anything to report an issue. Each guide has a link to a Github project (look for the Go to repo in the side bar. Each github project has an issue tracker.

In this particular case, the location of the broken links is in another project but we'll manage that ourselves.

I assume that your PR was sufficiently generic to get all the links in Getting Started examined.

I fixed the broken links you've mentioned in your comment.
