Depends on #53, but otherwise is an updated version of the NFT flow made simpler, adding Polygon as an option for future flows, and leaving the door open for additional providers. Tested using ssx-credential-issuer, after #53 merges this can follow. Will be testable with the next PR to add POAP and NFT flows to the demo dapp.
