python-lsp-server: >=1.4.1,<1.5.0 PR PR: Preserve EOL characters when formatting text (Editor) #17555 moves it to 1.4.0
IPython: >=7.31.1,<8.0.0 PR: Increase minimal required IPython version to 7.31.1 #17399
PyQt: <5.16 PR: Update PyQt requirement to 5.15 #16409
spyder-kernels: >=2.3.0,<2.4.0
qtconsole: >=5.3.0,<5.4.0
python-lsp-black: >=1.2.0

For the installers:

spyder-terminal: >=1.2.2
