Added configurable disabling of griefing for explosions from:

• Creepers
• End Crystals
• Fireballs (the things that Ghasts shoot at you)
• TNT
• TNT minecarts
• Wither Skulls (the things that Withers shoot at you)

None of this requires touching the mob griefing gamerule.
