Describe the solution you'd like
Right now some CLI options are not very clear. For instance, the --includeall and --dataset are not very clear and should be replaced with simpler options or even removed. The --linterand --csv option could also be replaced with a format option.

We ignored the --linter for now and the --csv option.
The --linter would imply changing the Visual Studio Code Extension.
The --csv is very commonly used and I think having a non-verbose way of activating this option is actually positive.
