Q2 update:

  • A Monthly Financials Dashboard won't make use of Data Studio as initially planned. We already have a proto-dashboard on one Google Spreadsheet
  • Due to bureaucratic issues, we couldn't incorporate US expenses to Reporting Process.

[P0] Create a Monthly Financials Dashboard -> Partially done on Google Sheets
[P0] Refactor existing Excel spreadsheets -> Processes, issues and bottlenecks mapped but not implemented yet
[P0] Successfully incorporate US expenses to Reporting Process -> Partially, blocked by operational bureaucracy
