This is the core subset of the #380.

Because ancestorPlaceholderNote uses defaultLmlRoute which in turn is hardcoded to use Markdown route.

So, when the user adds a folderName.org file, the previously added folderName.md placeholder is not removed, leading to ambiguous route error.
