A Cookiecutter Snakemake workflow template.

Create quickly new snakemake workflows with this template using cookiecutter.

Usage

conda install cookiecutter

cookiecutter https://github.com/sschmeier/cc-snakemake-workflow.git

Configure for yourself

Once used, the template is stored locally in ~/.cookiecutters. You can edit the cookiecutter.json file to set your defaults. Subsequently you can create a new workflow with:

cookiecutter cc-snakemake-workflow
